The Delta State Police Command has detained the Commissioner for Secondary Education, Dr. Kingsley Ashibogwu, along with three additional suspects, in connection with the death of Mr. Unity Ekpevbughe Adeda, a Deputy Director in the state Ministry of Secondary Education.
