3. User Accounts

• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content without permission
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Dox (share private information about) other users
• Engage in vote manipulation, sock-puppeting, or brigading

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post on NigeriaNewsFeed. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, distribute, reproduce, and modify your content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform.

You represent that you have the right to post the content you share, your content does not violate any third party's rights, and your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

6. News Aggregation

NigeriaNewsFeed aggregates news from third-party publishers. Aggregated content remains the property of its original publishers. We provide AI-generated summaries and direct links to original sources. We do not claim ownership of aggregated news content. Our use of aggregated content constitutes fair use/fair dealing under applicable copyright law.

7. Moderation

Our moderation team and automated systems monitor content to ensure compliance with these Terms. Moderation actions may include content removal, account warnings, temporary suspensions, and permanent bans. Moderation decisions are at our sole discretion. 8. Wallet & Virtual Currency

NigeriaNewsFeed may offer a virtual wallet system. Virtual currency or points have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the wallet system at any time. Abuse of the wallet system (fraudulent transactions, exploits) will result in account termination.

9. Advertising

NigeriaNewsFeed displays advertisements on the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree that we may display advertisements alongside your content. If you submit advertisements through our self-service system, they are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject any advertisement at our sole discretion. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

NigeriaNewsFeed is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including aggregated news articles and AI-generated summaries. News summaries are generated by AI and may not perfectly reflect the original article.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, NigeriaNewsFeed, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, any content posted by users or aggregated from third-party sources, any errors or omissions in content, including AI-generated summaries, unauthorized access to your account, or any interruption or cessation of service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NigeriaNewsFeed and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your content posted on the Platform, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

14. Changes to Terms
