Carloha Nigeria has officially launched the Chery Q, a compact electric hatchback that aims to revolutionize urban mobility in Nigeria. This vehicle is designed with modern technology and sustainability in mind, catering to the needs of young professionals and families seeking an eco-friendly transportation option.

The Chery Q boasts an impressive 400-kilometre range on a single charge, making it suitable for both daily commutes and longer journeys. Its fast-charging capability allows drivers to recharge the battery from 30% to 80% in just 16.5 minutes, significantly reducing downtime. This feature is particularly beneficial for busy urban drivers who require efficiency in their daily routines.

In terms of design, the Chery Q draws inspiration from the popular QQ family of vehicles from Chery International. It features a modern aesthetic with geometric styling, rounded LED lighting, and a contemporary two-tone cabin. The car measures 4,195mm in length and has a 2,700mm wheelbase, providing ample interior space despite its compact size. The vehicle's luggage compartment offers 375 litres of storage, expandable to 1,450 litres, along with a 70-litre front trunk and 38 additional storage compartments.

Safety is a key focus for the Chery Q, which is equipped with a Level 2 Intelligent Driver Assistance System that includes over 20 functions. These features encompass Adaptive Cruise Control, Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Keeping Assist, Blind Spot Detection, and a 540-degree panoramic camera, among others. This comprehensive safety suite ensures that drivers and passengers can travel with confidence.

Inside, the Chery Q is outfitted with a 15.6-inch high-definition touchscreen powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 processor. Carloha Nigeria has also introduced the CarlohaCare 6-6-7 program, which offers customers a six-year warranty, six years of free servicing, and a seven-day repair commitment. If repairs are not completed within the stipulated time, customers will receive a courtesy car, ensuring minimal disruption to their mobility.
