A recent attack by bandits in Assako village, located in the Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State, has resulted in the abduction of two farmers. The incident, which occurred on Sunday, has raised significant concerns about the safety of rural communities in the region.

Security analyst Bakatsine reported on social media that the assailants arrived on motorcycles, launching an assault that included gunfire. This sudden violence prompted many residents to flee their homes in search of safety. The chaos also affected individuals attending church services in the community, who found themselves caught in the panic triggered by the attack.

The incident highlights the ongoing security challenges faced by rural areas in Kaduna, where banditry has become a persistent threat.
