Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo, a cleric from Plateau State known for his vocal stance against violence in his community, has embarked on his first international Christian advocacy tour in Israel. In a recent Facebook post, Dachomo shared his mission to pray for Nigeria, its leaders, and the populace, expressing his belief in the power of prayer and divine intervention.

"Today, I am in Israel praying for Nigeria, our leaders, and our people. I believe in miracles, and I believe God can change what looks impossible," he wrote, emphasizing his faith in the potential for positive change through prayer.

During his visit, Dachomo not only focused on Nigeria but also extended his prayers to Israel, its citizens, and their leadership. He specifically prayed for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his cabinet, and the Israel Defence Forces, asking for divine assistance in their struggles against adversaries.

The cleric also included Nigerian leaders in his prayers, particularly President Bola Tinubu and Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang, asking for guidance and victory in their governance. "Praying for my government, Bola Tinubu. Praying for my governor, Mutfwang in Plateau State, and praying, let God give them victory," he stated, also mentioning other African nations like South Africa and Ghana.

Dachomo's advocacy comes against the backdrop of his personal tragedies, as he has publicly mourned the loss of nine relatives in violent attacks in Plateau State. His commitment to raising awareness about the ongoing violence in his home state has made him a prominent figure in calls for international attention and intervention.

In his message, he expressed a desire for healing and restoration for those affected by violence, stating, "Within the next four days, may God open doors, bring healing, provide help, restore hope, and answer your heart’s desires according to His perfect will." He underscored his role as an intercessor, praying against what he termed as Satan's influence in leadership.

Although Dachomo did not provide specific details regarding the duration of his stay in Israel or the organizations involved in his advocacy tour, his actions reflect a deep commitment to both his faith and the well-being of his community. His journey highlights the intersection of spirituality and activism, as he seeks to inspire hope and change through prayer and advocacy.
