Reality star Kim Zolciak's 15-year-old son KJ Biermann arrested for sod0my and s£xual battery
Reality star Kim Zolciak's teenage son has been arrested for aggravated sod0my (a non-reproductive s£xual act) and aggravated s£xual battery, according to court documents obtained by Page Six. He was taken into custody Monday and is being held without bond. A hearing is scheduled for Sept. 1. According to Fulton County, Georgia Juvenile court papers obtained by Page Six on Friday, a female classmate accused KJ of assaulting her in a gym changing area at the Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia, on April 23, The alleged victim claimed to officials that, while in a co-ed sauna, KJ allegedly forced himself on her despite her saying "no," with the "Don't Be Tardy" alum allegedly attempting "multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants." Additionally, she accused KJ of forcing oral s£x and digitally penetrating her v@gina. She alleged that when she "finally managed to get away from him ... he pulled up his pants and left." Per court docs, the alleged victim did not tell anyone about the alleged ass@ult before going to school the next day, where she "ran into KJ's girlfriend." The alleged victim, who was 15 at the time of the assault and described herself as "KJ's girlfriend's best friend," subsequently left the premises for a Starbucks, the court docs state, and contacted her family after experiencing a panic attack, ultimately getting examined at the North Fulton Hospital in Georgia. Her April 24 examination, per the police report, showed no evidence of male DNA in her mouth or vagina. Police launched an investigation, making their first attempt to contact KJ's father on May 14 and speaking to Biermann, 40, four days later. The retired NFL player told cops he would speak with Zolciak about whether cops could speak to his son, who did not scan into the gym on the day of the alleged assault but was visible in security camera footage.
