Comedian Deeone has called out Davido for not attending the wedding of their mutual friend, Soso Soberekon. The comedian expressed his disappointment over Davido's lack of congratulations on social media.
Comedian Deeone has called out Afrobeats superstar Davido for failing to attend the wedding of his long-time friend and business partner, Soso Soberekon.
The lavish ceremony, which took place in Warri, Delta State, on Saturday July 25, saw a major turnout from the entertainment industry, making Davido's absence highly conspicuous.
Taking to social media, Deeone who is very critical of Davido, expressed disappointment that the singer did not appear in person or publicly congratulate Soberekon online. The comedian went on to allege that Davido might be "jealous" of the music executive's wealth, further claiming that Davido's own highly publicized wedding looked like a mere "bachelor's party" in comparison to Soberekon's event.
Deeone's video has received mixed reactions online. While some people agreed with him, others have heavily criticized him for interfering in the private relationships of others.
