Superstar footballer Cristiano Ronaldo was all smiles as he returned to Al-Nassr training after walking out on the Portugal squad during the international break following a rift with head coach Jorge Jesus.

Al-Nassr welcomed back the star as he arrived at the club's training centre on Monday, October 6.

'The GOAT in the heart of Najd, at Al Nassr', the Saudi Arabian club shared on social media.

The star, 41, left Portugal's camp after Jesus's press conference last Wednesday, as the head coach appeared to confirm the forward would not start against Denmark in the Nations League.

It came after Ronaldo had been left on the bench for the entirety of the 2-1 win over Norway last weekend.
