Commissioner of Police, Ibrahim Adamu Bakori, revealed the arrests during a press briefing where he addressed security measures and the enforcement of a ban on public horse-riding in Kano. Bakori stated that the suspects were taken into custody following thorough investigations into the vandalism incidents that occurred during a recent public outing by the Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero.
