NYSC announces orientation dates for 2026 Batch C Stream II corps members
The National Youth Service Corps has set November 4 for the orientation of Batch C Stream II.

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially announced that the orientation course for the 2026 Batch C Stream II will commence on November 4, 2026. This announcement was made by Caroline Embu, the Director of Information and Public Relations at NYSC.
Registration for new corps members will take place from November 4 until midnight on November 6, 2026. The swearing-in ceremony, a significant event marking the beginning of their service, is also scheduled for November 6. Following the swearing-in, the orientation exercise will continue until November 24, 2026, and will be held across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The orientation program is designed to prepare corps members for their upcoming service year, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate their roles effectively. The NYSC has emphasized the importance of this period as it lays the foundation for a successful service year.
As the date approaches, prospective corps members are encouraged to ensure they complete their registration within the stipulated time frame to avoid any complications. The NYSC aims to facilitate a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all participants in this batch.
