Aloy Ejimakor, the legal representative of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has urged President Bola Tinubu to take steps to reverse what he termed the discriminatory legacy left by former President Muhammadu Buhari in the South-East region of Nigeria.

He stated, "Igboho’s launch of Eru Ekun Security Network yesterday in Ogun State which drew more than 15K members underscores the grave injustice in the proscription of IPOB/ESN and validates the urgent need for Tinubu to reverse Buhari's legacy of discriminatory law enforcement in South-East."
