Moses Adebisi, the presidential candidate for the Democratic Leadership Alliance, has confidently stated that he is the right individual to unseat President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 elections. This assertion was made during an appearance on Arise Television’s Morning Show, where Adebisi addressed concerns about the current state of governance in Nigeria.

Adebisi expressed that many Nigerians are suffering under a leadership that appears indifferent to their needs. He emphasized the urgency for change, calling on citizens, especially the youth, to rally behind his political vision. "Nigerian people, come up now. The youths, come up now. Let’s go," he urged, highlighting the importance of collective action in driving the nation forward.

In response to skepticism about his ability to tackle Nigeria's challenges while residing in the United States, Adebisi revealed that he took proactive steps to understand the dynamics of political success. He traveled to China to study its economic reforms, particularly those initiated in 1978, visiting major cities like Beijing and Shanghai to learn about the policies that transformed the nation into a global economic powerhouse.

Additionally, Adebisi explored the United States’ Liberty Agenda of 1774, aiming to develop a comprehensive political and economic framework tailored for Nigeria. He believes that the insights gained from these studies have equipped him with the necessary tools to lead the country effectively.

"I’m the right man for the job. And I’m the one that will defeat Tinubu this 2027," Adebisi declared, showcasing his determination to challenge the incumbent president. His call for youth engagement reflects a growing trend among political candidates in Nigeria, as they seek to mobilize the younger demographic, which constitutes a significant portion of the electorate.

As the 2027 election approaches, Adebisi’s campaign is expected to gain traction, particularly among those disillusioned with the current administration. His focus on economic reform and political engagement may resonate with voters seeking a new direction for Nigeria’s future.
