Dangote Group has officially opened applications for its Fleet Management Graduate Programme, targeting young Nigerians eager to pursue careers in fleet management, logistics, and operations. This initiative is a significant opportunity for graduates, offering structured training and practical exposure in the transportation sector.

The programme is specifically designed for individuals aged 30 years or younger who hold a relevant degree or Higher National Diploma (HND). Applicants must also have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training that covers various aspects of fleet management, including logistics, vehicle maintenance, safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Participants will gain insights from experienced professionals and experience real-world fleet and transportation operations. This hands-on approach aims to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the industry. Additionally, graduates of the programme may have the chance to secure long-term employment with Dangote, further enhancing their career prospects.

To qualify for the programme, candidates must meet several criteria, including:

  • Must not be more than 30 years old
  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geography, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Must have graduated with at least a Second Class Lower in a Bachelor's degree or an Upper Credit in an HND
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have completed the NYSC programme
  • Must have a genuine interest in fleet management, logistics, and operations
  • Must be willing to work in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
