In line with the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA), the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) has urged newly awarded holders of Petroleum Prospecting Licences (PPLs) to move quickly on developing their assets while engaging responsibly with host communities.
