Vinicius Jr's partner mourns bodyguard and wife lost in tragic accident
Virginia Fonseca expresses deep sorrow over the loss of her bodyguard and his wife in Brazil.

Virginia Fonseca, partner of Real Madrid forward Vinicius Jr, is grieving the tragic loss of her bodyguard, Rogerio Camilo Ramos, and his wife, Paula Regina Rodarte Camilo, who died in a car accident in Brazil. The incident occurred on Monday morning in the Ribeirão da Posse area of Guapo, Brazil, as the couple was traveling along the BR-060 highway.
Reports indicate that Rogerio was driving when the accident took place around 9 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene, while Paula suffered a cardiac arrest later in the day and could not be revived despite medical efforts. The shocking news has left Fonseca heartbroken, prompting her to share an emotional tribute on Instagram.
In her heartfelt message, Fonseca expressed her sorrow, stating, "Earlier today, I received the heartbreaking news about Camilo (our private security guard) and his wife. I refrained from posting anything sooner as we were waiting for all family members to be informed, but since I heard the news, I have been unable to focus on anything else; my heart is shattered."
Fonseca highlighted the profound impact Rogerio had on her family, saying, "Your presence was a sanctuary, and your memory will remain etched in our hearts eternally. We believe that you and Paula will now serve as guardian angels for little Heloísa, watching over her from above."
She also assured the bereaved family of her support, stating, "Here on earth, we will support the family to ensure she never feels alone, nurturing her with all the love you always shared. May God grant solace to the hearts of all family members, especially to Heloísa."
The couple's untimely passing has cast a shadow over Fonseca and Vinicius Jr's recent attendance at the Madrid F1 Grand Prix, which took place just a day before the accident. The event saw Kimi Antonelli claim victory, while other notable attendees included Real Madrid player Arda Guler and his partner. The football community and fans alike are mourning the loss of Rogerio and Paula, sending condolences to their families during this difficult time.
