Billionaire biohacker says 0ral s£x is 'late night snacking' and 'longevity therapy'

Tech billionaire "biohacker" Bryan Johnson has gone viral once again after joking that 0ral s£x is basically "longevity therapy".

He made the revelation on X (formerly known as Twitter) after user "Mateo" posted that performing oral s£x on a woman is for the man's health benefit.

Mateo wrote on X: "Eating p**** not for her pleasure, but for an ample serving of Lactobacilli bacteria to improve my gut health".

Johnson responded: "When late night snacking becomes a longevity therapy."

This exchange is not uncommon for Johnson, who documents his extreme anti-ageing routine to millions.

He had already sent the internet into meltdown with an earlier, intimate update, when he wrote: "Just gave Kate oral s£x. Goodnight everyone."

Minutes later, he shared what looked like his partner's official vaginal microbiome test results. Johnson boasted she scored "100/100" and had a vagina in the "top 1% of the world", saying her microbiome was 98.7% dominated by Lactobacillus crispatus - a bacterium commonly linked with a healthy vaginal environment.

Johnson also infamously shared his strict food timing, reportedly refusing to eat anything after around 4pm or 5pm to optimise sleep and longevity. As a result, people joked that oral s£x was his loophole for after-hours "snacking".

Medics have since urged caution around seeing oral s£x as a way of inproving gut health.

While the vaginal microbiome can be crucial for reproductive health, doctors note that swallowing Lactobacilli via oral sex is not a recognised, efficient way to "improve" a man's gut microbiome. It is also not a proven longevity treatment.
