Alicia Daniella has issued an official statement through her lawyers amid the ongoing fallout with her estranged husband, photographer David Martins.

In the statement, her legal representatives categorically denied allegations of an affair or inappropriate relationship with any third party, insisting that Alicia had not engaged in any conduct inconsistent with the dignity and respect she maintains in her personal life.

The lawyers also addressed the circulation of alleged private conversations involving Alicia, describing their publication and selective interpretation as an attempt to create a misleading narrative.

They argued that private communications presented without context or evidential foundation do not constitute proof of wrongdoing and warned against the further publication or circulation of defamatory claims about their client.

The statement further said Alicia had received messages containing what her lawyers described as false and defamatory allegations about her personal life.

However, her legal team stressed that the central issue remains the allegations of domestic violence and abuse raised by Alicia, noting that she has commenced legal action and that the matter is currently before the relevant law enforcement and legal authorities.

The lawyers said Alicia would refrain from further public commentary on the matter and allow the legal process to take its course.

They also warned all parties to cease publishing or circulating Alicia's personal information, including information relating to her minor child, without lawful authority or consent, stating that further breaches would attract legal action.
