The candidate added that he had invested about N20 million in solar-powered streetlights across several communities to improve public safety.

He noted that well-lit streets discourage criminal activities and create safer environments for residents and businesses.

"Security is the first item on our agenda because without security, nothing else can thrive. We cannot build a prosperous society when people live in fear.

"Where there is light, there is improved security. Criminal activities thrive in darkness, while illuminated streets create safer environments for residents and businesses," he said.

On local government administration, Adebutu called for full autonomy for councils to promote accountability and grassroots development.
