Do Foreigners Come To Nigerian Higher Institutions To Study?

Have you ever seen a foreigner coming to do HND, B.SC, Masters, PGD or PHD in Nigeria? I do not mean a foreigner who already resides in Nigeria and wants to school here. I mean a foreigner that applied from their own country or outside Nigeria but wants to school in any Nigerian Higher Institution.
